Administrative Assistant

Foreign consulting firm advising on International Trust and Foreign company administration is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a representative Office in Makati CBD. Position to be filled immediately on a six-month contract basis with potential of longer term employment.

 

Primary Responsibility

  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare documents
  • Code and file material according to the established procedures
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
  • Coordinate document requests, from multiple sources
  • Collect, evaluate, write, and submit data and reports
  • Manage requests for Corporate and Client Information from a Financial Institution

 

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Answer general phone using a professional and courteous manner
  • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
  • Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment

 

Qualifications

EducationBusiness (related) Degree holder

Experience:

  • 6 years above (Office Administration, Secretarial)
  • Experience working overseas and/or for a Multinational Company in the Philippines

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  1. Attentive to details
  2. Ability to work independently
  3. High proficiency in Spoken and Written English
  4. Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
    • MS office proficient
      • Word processing
      • Databases
      • Spreadsheets
    • E-mail
    • Internet
  5. Proficiency in the use of office equipment:
  • Computer
  • Voice messaging systems
  • Fax
  • Photo copier
