Admin Manager

GENERAL OFFICE/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • Oversight of all admib and facilities services
  • POC for all admin/facilities- related concerns
  • Managment of all admin and facilities personnel dedicated to client
  • Ensures that the facilities and utilties are fully fuctioning
  • Coordinates facilities/building issue
  • Conducts final inspection
  • Estimate and oder supplies repair parts as needed in facilities maintenance
  • Supervise in renovations, repairs and painting works
  • Can work Monday- Fridays, and on call on weekends during emergency situations
  • Travel to other offices within Metro Manila
  • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
