Order Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

 

  • Enter sales orders and quotes accurately in the businesses ERP system.
  • Email order acknowledgments and quotes to customers as confirmation of requirements.
  • Problem solving/resolution, reporting order discrepancies back to the customer directly, or to the relevant HCLA team member to resolve potential challenges.
  • Monitor current HOLD orders in the system using relevant ERP system reporting, proactively identifying problems and alerting the relevant HCLA team member.
  • Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, speed and process consistency to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Support the consistent implementation of business initiatives.
  • Build strong internal relationships.

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • SAP experience is required
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
