Facilities Manager

JOB DISCRIPTION

 

The Facilities Manager is expected to perform tasks efficiently with positive attitude. He will be responsible in:

 

GENERAL OFFICE MAINTENANCE/FACILTIES MANAGEMENT

  • Schedules Office Equipment PM (electrical, mechanical equipment)
  • Asset inventory
  • Facilities Supplies Management
  • Ensures that the facilities and office equipment are fully functioning
  • Coordinates facilities/building issues
  • Conducts facilities inspection
  • Estimate and order supplies repair parts as needed

FACILTIES MAINTENANCE

  • Painting walls, furniture and other supplies
  • Supervise in renovations, repairs and painting works

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • At least 3 years solid work experience in office and facilities management
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed engineer
  • Capable of dealing with local staff and foreign clients
  • Outgoing, responsible, detail oriented and driver personality
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail
  • Knowledge in PEZA compliance
  • Can work Mondays- Fridays, and on-call on weekends during emergency situations
  • Travel to other offices within Metro Manila
  • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
