Recruitment Specialist Corporate Recruiter

  • Sources out candidates from proper media and/or recruitment channels (e.g. universities, training centers, newspapers, online postings, referrals, etc)
  • Responsible for sourcing, test administration and interviewing (phone or face to face) for the assigned accounts
  • Coordinates with universities, and other events (e.g. attend job fairs, post hiring vacancies, etc) if applicable
  • Post hiring advertisements
  • Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance matches job description or criteria
  • Formatting of resumes
  • Conducts reference/background check of candidates when necessary
  • Submits daily/weekly recruitment reports                    
  • Client Management- endorsement of candidates to client, provide and request for status updates, calibration regarding active requirements                      
  • Coordinates with candidate in the submission and completion of employment requirements
  • Undertakes further responsibilities or tasks assigned by immediate superior that may evolve in the future
