HR Business Partner

RESPOSIBILITIES:

 

1. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

 

• Represents company on Labor related cases (Staff Leasing)
• Serves termination notices
• Facilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employee
• Processes employee separation documentation
• Processes and routes clearance
• Prepares LAST PAY REQUEST
• Conducts exit interview and submits summary of exit interview
• Releases exit documentation
• Last pay
• Prepares Release Waiver & Quit Claim
• Prepares Certificate of Employment
• Coordinates with HR-Timekeeping & Payroll for Certificate of Contribution (SSS, Pagibig & Philhealth)

• Counseling, grievance and discipline for staff leasing
• Conducts investigation on complaints and grievances
• Facilitates the resolution of any employee relations problems
• Counsels employee regarding work, family or personal problems
• Handles grievances of the employees, in a sensible manner
• Prepares and issues disciplinary action memorandum

 

2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

 

• Conducts regular site visits for off-site accounts
• Brings payslips, documents, etc to offsite accounts
• Meets with Team Leads and discusses concerns or updates
• Takes note on offsite concerns and discusses concerns to HR Head for immediate action
• Conducts Focus Group Discussions, as needed
• Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues as needed and/or assigned (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, collective bargaining, etc.)

 

3. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

 

• Ensure timely communication / execution / completion of the performance evaluation or the Performance Management Process
• Distribution of performance evaluation forms
• Records performance evaluation results
• Computes performance ratings
• Maintains performance evaluation tracking system
• Tracks and monitors performance evaluation
• Prepares employment documentation
• Regularization
• Personnel Action Memo (PAM)

 

4. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

 

• Works with rest of HR team on company events
• Training
• Conducts new hire orientation

 

5. RECORDS AND REPORTS MANAGEMENT

 

• Prepares monthly and yearend reports on terminations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary action and other information required
• Prepare reports on complaints, counseling, grievances, surveys and other adhoc tasks

 

6. OTHERS

 

• Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
• Performs general office support functions and assists personnel as necessary in the absence of HR Head, handles issues and inquiries and supply authorized information to employees related to Employee relations

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• College degree
• 2-3 years related experience in HR, Counseling,  Employee Relations, termination/separation
• With knowledge and understanding on Philippine Labor law
• Willing to render different shifts; predominantly night
• Preferably experienced in a BPO set up
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasing personality
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge on MS Office Applications
