Business Analyst Project Management

Reporting into the Head of Client Onboarding & Platform Support, this position plays a pivotal role in the success of identified business opportunities and seamless onboarding of new clients to the Paywizard platform across the globe. You will be responsible for performing Business Analyst activities such as supporting requirements gathering, process mapping and re-engineering etc. As part of the role you will also assume ownership and manage the process and project from inception through to successful, seamless deployment. Due to Paywizard’s international success, this role will require travel to client sites across the globe as required.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis and documentation of Paywizard’s subscription management platform and associated components
  • Validation, assessment gap analysis of proposed solutions to the projects requirement
  • Actively participate in defining the scope and objectives of the project
  • Identify and build strong, effective relationships with both the business and technology stakeholders across global offices
  • Challenge the status quo, offering and proposing new automated solutions, transforming business solutions and introducing global standardisation
  • Consider changes from a front to back perspective, ensuring all impacted areas are identified, communicated with and their requirements/needs are met
  • Gather, understand, analyse and document business requirements, questioning where necessary
  • To become the key, go-to PM/BA within the project as well as the wider company
