KMC Solutions expands operation with IT infrastructure from Dell

KMC Solutions (KMCS), an outsourcing and offshoring corporate services provider in the country, has chosen Dell to help increase its information­technology (IT) infrastructure and meet the demands of clients entering the Philippine market.

As the company expands its portfolio, KMCS has again turned to Dell to further strengthen its operation network and services and improve its internal IT capabilities. We have been relying and satisfied with Dells solutions since we began operation in 2011, and we believe the upgraded system we acquire from Dell will continue to deliver superior performance, said Yves Luethi, KMCS vice president for marketing and business development. "For an out sourcing company that services clients from all over the world, a robust IT infrastructure is our back­bone to sustain our clients. We need solutions that would align with our expansion plan, both in terms of services and operation", Luethi added.
The new solutions KMCS will deploy include Dell Optiplex 3020 desktops, PowerConnect 6224 Gigabit Ethernet switches, PowerConnect 3548 and PowerConnect 3548P switches, and SonicWALL appliances to further strengthen its network security platform. The challenge for IT infrastructure upgrade is to avoid downtime and ensure that all new systems are in­sync with the current infrastructure.
